Share your unique referral link with any independent hotel or motel owner. When they sign up and pay their first month of Suzy, you automatically receive a $75 credit on your next bill. It's that simple.

Your $75 credit is applied when your referral pays their first month. Not when they sign up, not when they start a trial. It's earned when money moves. You'll see it appear in your credit history on your referrals dashboard.

No limit on referrals. However credits are capped at 50% of your monthly bill. So if you're on the Pro plan at $599/month, you can apply up to $299.50 in credits per month. Unused credits roll over to the next month.

The property you refer gets 50% off their first month of Suzy. It's a real discount applied automatically when they sign up with your link.

No. Properties you own or operate don't count as referrals. If you have multiple properties, you qualify for our multi-property discount instead: 10% off each property for 2-3 properties, 15% off each for 4 or more. Contact us to set that up.

You keep your credit. Once your referral pays their first month your $75 is earned. What they do after that doesn't affect your account.

90 days. If someone clicks your link but doesn't sign up and pay within 90 days the referral expires. Encourage them to sign up soon after you share your link.

When you refer 5 properties that become paying customers, you become a Suzy Ambassador. Ambassadors earn $100 per referral instead of $75, get their property featured on our website, receive early access to new features before anyone else, and get a direct line to our team. You'll also see an Ambassador badge on your dashboard.

As an AAHOA member referring fellow independent operators, your referrals carry extra weight in this community. The standard referral program applies: $75 credit per conversion, Ambassador status at 5 referrals. Email khaleal@suzyai.net to get your referral link featured in AAHOA chapter communications.

Credits can reduce your bill by up to 50% per month. So if you're on the Pro plan your bill will never go below $224.50 per month through referral credits alone. We want your credits to feel meaningful while keeping Suzy a sustainable service.

Log into your Suzy dashboard and go to the Referrals page. You'll see your unique link, how many referrals you've sent, how many converted to paying, your current credit balance, and your progress toward Ambassador.

A valid referral is a property that signs up using your unique link and pays their first month. The property must be independently operated and not affiliated with your own portfolio. Corporate chains and management companies with existing Suzy relationships do not qualify.

No. The first referral link clicked gets credit. If someone clicks two different referral links only the first one counts. We track this automatically.
