What the Cloudbeds connection actually does
Cloudbeds has strong, well-documented API access, which is why it's a straightforward direct integration rather than a workaround. Once connected, Suzy AI pulls your upcoming reservations on a schedule and also listens for Cloudbeds webhook events so a new booking or a cancellation reflects quickly. No property is running this connection live yet.
The practical effect for guests: when Suzy answers a text, she can reference the actual reservation, not just generic property information, things like confirming a check-in date or recognizing that a guest is already checked in.
