Guest SMS Consent Artifacts

This page documents the physical opt-in flow for guest text messaging at Oceanview Inn. Artifact A is the check-in form: it is printed on US Letter and completed at the front desk, where the guest writes their mobile number beside the consent checkbox. Artifact B is the standing placard displayed on the counter where phone numbers are collected. Both are shown exactly as printed. Consent is optional and is never a condition of the stay; the checkbox is always presented unchecked.
