How the Mews connection works

Mews is built around a modern, well-documented Connector API, which makes it a clean, direct integration. You provide your property's Mews access token in your Suzy dashboard, and reservations sync on a schedule, with updates for new bookings and cancellations coming through Mews' webhook events. No property is running this connection live yet.

If your property runs multiple services in Mews, you can scope the connection to a specific service so Suzy only pulls the reservations relevant to the property she's answering for.
