Independent hotels and motels represent the backbone of American hospitality. Nearly 25,000 properties across the country, most of them family-owned, operating without the technology budgets of major chains. They lose bookings to missed calls. They spend thousands on front desk labor for questions that never change. They watch their guests leave reviews on Booking.com while their phones ring unanswered at 2am.
Suzy AI exists to fix that. Not with enterprise software that costs more than it saves, but with an AI front desk that works with the systems independent operators already use.

Who’s building this
Khaleal Patel, founder of Suzy AI, student at Texas A&M University, and South Central Texas Ambassador for AAHOA (Asian American Hotel Owners Association). Khaleal grew up attending AAHOA conventions, watching his father HP Patel serve as AAHOA Chairman, and seeing firsthand what independent hotel owners actually need. Suzy AI is built on that foundation.
