A direct integration, handled for you
WebRezPro's API uses an older SOAP/XML format rather than the more common REST-and-JSON style newer PMS platforms use. That's an integration detail that would normally slow down a connection, Suzy handles it internally, so from your side the setup is the same as any other PMS: enter your credentials once, and the sync runs automatically from there.
Once connected, Suzy pulls upcoming reservations, guest names, room numbers, and check-in and check-out dates, so guest replies can reference the actual stay instead of only general property information.
